Here at Beechwood Veterinary Practice we teamed up with County Vets to run a competition alongside Signal 1 Radio, titled ‘Do you look like your pet?’.
To enter the competition, people had to submit a photo of themselves and their pets to be judged on their similarity.
The prize on offer was a pet pamper hamper which included a free groom for pets at our grooming studio here at Beechwood Vets, as well as some toys and a spa day for owners.
We are pleased to announce that our winner was Nelly with her owners Danny and Nadine! We think you will all agree from the winning photo on the right that the resemblance is uncanny.
Nadine, Nelly’s owner and competition winner, said: “We entered because when we are out, we have people stopping us to laugh at how much my partner and Nelly look alike! He used to be really offended but now he just agrees and finds it hilarious… It’s hard to deny really!
“We are both really looking forward to our spa treat and Nelly is really looking forward to a pamper too!”
